In order to participate in any of the Coastal Workshop’s various programs-whether Day Habilitation, Employment, Residential Services, Respite Care, or Transportation—it is essential to complete the official referral form required by the Adult Mental Retardation Services division of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services.
